Fillers

There are several types of dermal fillers that are commonly used in medical spas. These include:

  1. Hyaluronic acid fillers, such as Juvederm and Restylane, which are used to add volume to the face, plump up lips, and smooth out wrinkles and fine lines.
  2. Collagen fillers, such as CosmoPlast and Evolence, which are used to smooth out wrinkles and fine lines, and to add volume to the face.
  3. Calcium hydroxylapatite fillers, such as Radiesse, which are used to add volume to the face, and to smooth out wrinkles and fine lines.
  4. Poly-L-lactic acid fillers, such as Sculptra, which are used to add volume to the face, and to stimulate collagen production for a more youthful appearance.
  5. Polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA) fillers, such as Bellafill, which are used to add volume to the face, and to treat acne scars and other types of scars.

It's worth noting that, these fillers are not permanent, and will eventually be metabolized by the body, and need to be repeated depending on the product and the area being treated.
